Fundraiser: Sowing Seeds of Knowledge
Have you ever wondered, "What is my purpose in life?" Perhaps Mahatma Gandhi said it best when he suggests that maybe "the best way to find yourself, is to lose yourself in the service of others." What better way to start living up to such a powerful statement then by making an impact for the children of Azusa, California.
The Neighborhood Homework House is hosting the annual fundraising dinner on March 06, 2015 at Azusa Pacific University to reach out to eager, purpose driven sponsors interested in making an impact for children being mentored and transformed through tutoring sessions on a weekly basis. Sowing Seeds of Knowledge is set to be the theme for our highly anticipated fundraiser, where guests are welcomed to bring guests to share a meal with, listen to music, participate in a silent auction, and collaborate with a Panel of Advisors and Board of Directors on the future plans for the organization.
Doors will be opening at 6:00 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. at the Upper Turner Campus Center, located at 901 E. Alosta Ave., Azusa Ca. 91702. Last years fundraiser was a great success, so please RSVP as soon as possible with your expected guests.
