For those of you local to Azusa, you might notice that we are in the wild, wacky and wonderful season of FINALS at Azusa Pacific University. With finals comes the departure of thousands of students who are poised to fly the proverbial coup come next week not to be seen again until Labor Day. For us at Neighborhood Homework House, we are saying good bye to most of our faithful volunteers and interns who are students at APU. Of course, for our students, their need for homework help doesn’t stop next week. In order to answer this need, we are looking for local ANGELS who can jump in for the entire month of May or even just one afternoon to help our students! We’d love to get creative with you in arranging a time for you to bring your staff, your small group, your bridge club or even your grandma to come be our angels.
